Yesterday, 10/3/11, was my appointment to have a new mid-mount mower
installed on the BX24 I bought from A. A. Anderson in June of 2008.  I also
wanted a block heater installed for the upcoming winter season.  I was
treated very graciously by everyone I had contact and I am particularly
indebted to Tim for not only performing the mower and block heater
installation but also giving explanation of how they were installed and how
to use them.  It's much appreciated.  There is a Kubota dealer closer but
not as friendly as A. A. Anderson.

Thanks to all of those at A. A. Anderson and best wishes to you and your
families.

I saw the picture on your bulletin board of the large rock I unearthed out
of my yard as my first BX24 backhoe job in 2008 (next to someone else's
swimming pool pictures).  I'm looking forward to using my new mid-mount
mower and giving my sore feet a rest following a lot of hours using a large
walk-behind.

Mr. Anderson,
I recently had my Woods 6215 mower in your service departement for what I considered a major repair, a broken axle. I was amazed that the repairs were completed in just 3 days! At this time of the year when the grass is growing like gang-busters, I was worried I would have to borrow or rent a mower to keep my grass in shape. But with your great service, no worries!
A few years ago I also had my mower in your service department, and then it was also a 3-day turn around!
It seems these days service is the hardest thing to find, but not at A. A. Anderson, Inc.

Mr. Anderson:
Last Thursday I was mowing my son's lawn as a favor to him and was having trouble with his Honda mower. A friend suggested taking it to your place for service. I called and talked to your service manager, I beleive his name is Kelly. Knowing full well that you did not handle Honda products I was reluctant, but Kelly said he would be happy to look at it.
By Saturday I was back mowing the lawn. That service in this day in age is phenomenal.
May hat is off to you and your service manager. You have a new customer when the need arises.

The first question I ask when in need of new equipment---"does A. A. Anderson carry it"?
I typically compare all the brands and dealers for---features, pricing, options---in order to make an informed decision. I usually start and finish at Anderson's. My wife asks why I bother with the others---"you are always more satisfied when you do your business at Anderson's".
I know from over 25 years of doing business there that:
- They only carry quality, dependable products
- have competitive pricing
- have a knowledgeable sales staff that knows the products and will match them to MY needs
- a knowledgeable parts department with a complete inventory
- a top-notch service department that can service what they sell me and more
